I have had my iD5 for almost a year and not once has it charged automatically with my Ohme charger. I’m on my second charger and still no joy. I am beyond frustrated. I have tried every setting known to man. But the thing just will not start charging automatically. I can’t link my vw account to the Ohme app. It just says uh-oh there is a problem. I have tried using the car settings, I have tried using theOhme settings and I have tried a mixture of both but nothing. I just want my car to start changing between midnight and 7 am but it won’t unless I set an alarm for midnight to do it manually. VW say it’s Ohme and Ohme say it’s VW. I’m just the mug who has spent £30k on a car I can’t charge

Have you tried this:
https://support.myenergi.com/hc/en-gb/a ... 65-VW-ID-3

There is known issue with ID’s not waking up to charge following a software update. The platform is shared across the ID.3 and ID5 so the same fix may work.
